• Assist with the execution of the Europe-wide marketing plan in alignment with the company’s strategic priorities.
• Use research and insights to develop culturally relevant campaign themes and content for European audiences. 
• Keep existing sales tools updated and create new sales tools in collaboration with the Sales team.
• Work closely with the wider team to strategically engage European clients and create tailored proposals and sales materials aligned with their specific needs. 
• Write and send out targeted mailers, one pagers, and showcases to EU clients.
• Create presentations using keynote to support sales team with client pitches, presentations, and roadshows across Europe.
• Produce and promote case studies that highlight successful campaigns and partnerships in Europe.
• Project manage the execution of European partnerships and collaborations.
• Write clear, engaging copy in both English and French for case studies and campaign content.
• Manage and optimise mailing lists.

• Proven experience in B2B marketing.
• Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills. 
• Ability to travel to our London Head Office as required. 
• Love of the music, fashion, arts and culture space.
• Passionate about the street and what we do there.
• Strong data analysis skills to provide the foundation for marketing strategies.
• Creative and have a good eye for design and photography. 
• Excellent copy writing skills.
• A self-starter with a pro-active approach.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Experience using keynote, mailchimp and wordpress.
• Experience working at an agency or media owner (a nice to have). 

• Gross Monthly Salary of 3000 Euros to 4250 Euros based on experience plus bonus scheme to share in company success.
