Account Executive

Role Description

We are currently looking for an Account Executive to join our international Sales team in our vibrant office based in Angel N1.

We’re looking for someone who is a confident, organised and great communicator. The successful candidate will be an essential support to the team, ensuring the seamless planning and activation of our international campaigns. You will be knowledgeable about the cities we work in and the local cultural scenes within them with a passion for the world of outdoor flyposting and street culture.

What you'll be doing

ACCOUNT/CAMPAIGN ADMIN AND SUPPORT

Support the sales team in planning, managing and delivering campaigns on time and within budget
Support the team in the writing of proposals and presentations in response to briefs
Assist with the management of existing and new clients
As part of a team deliver problem free, well-planned projects to the highest standard
Build great relationships with our clients
Develop creative ideas for special builds, experiential campaigns and stunt
Assist with the preparation of presentations and spreadsheets in response to client briefs
Liaise with clients on deadlines, artwork specs, print proofs and budget confirmations
Work closely with the distribution team to ensure seamless campaign execution
Collaborate with Distribution Manager (UK) in compiling photographic post campaign reports and delivery to clients
Input jobs into our campaign management system and support ongoing campaign management

BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT

Maintain understanding of team targets
Provide ongoing support to the Business Development Specialist as required.

About you

Strong communication skills
An ability to build on and develop strong client relationships
Organisation and attention to detail
Ability to plan and manage your own workload
Ability to prioritise and meet deadlines
An understanding and passion for arts, music culture, fashion, and lifestyle

The following would be advantageous:

Experience working with Media Agencies
Previous experience in a similar role
Knowledge of other languages
Experience of experiential and ambient implementation.
